This is a simulation policy for a demonstration business, not a real offer.
Every rental needs a refundable security deposit for each item hired. The amount depends on the equipment: for example EUR 50.00 for a carpet cleaner and EUR 80.00 for a pressure washer. The deposit is shown separately in an estimate. It is not part of the net rental amount and no tax is charged on it, but it is included in the initial amount a customer pays at the start of the rental.
The deposit is a guarantee, not a fee. It is held until the equipment has come back and has been checked.
